Anjan MITRA has been involved with architecture and urban development as a researcher, a practitioner and an activist. A gold medallist in Urban Design, he has also bagged the National Award in Housing Competition, Star Hotel Projects in Delhi. He emerged as a winner in Renovating Star Theatre Competition. Throughout his career he advocates for sustainable design. He is involved in various research studies involving urban development, urban economics, conservation and cultural issues.
 
He has specialized in conservation, alternative technology, tourism and theme interiors. Design has been his passion and a tool to intervene to create positive impacts for his clients. He is an invited member to the Heritage (grading) sub-committee of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and UNDP empanelled architect advising on the ‘Endogenous Tourism’ projects promoted by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

Dulal MUKHERJEE is a stalwart in the field of architecture in the eastern region of India. His brilliant creations are a product of his inspirations from the wide canvas of the Earth’s natural beauty, and the timeless vernacular architecture of the past. Recipient of three National awards, Dulal Mukherjee’s contributions to our country’s architecture have been immense.
 
He is the winner of several design competitions and has been a jury member for various National and educational architectural competitions. Recently, he was felicitated by the Economic Times for his outstanding contribution in the field of architecture and `The Lifetime Achievement Award’ by CSI (Constructional Source India) and CNBC in 2009. His works have also been given extensive coverage in journals and newspapers of our country including in the exposition of the Festival of India in Paris in 1985. He has been the Chairman of The Indian Institute of Architects, West Bengal Chapter and is the present Chairman of The Indian Institute of Interior Designers, Kolkata Chapter'.​

​Mrinal K CHOWDHURY is a professional with many prestigious corporate affiliations. He graduated in Science and later received Diploma in MBA from Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS), both form University of Delhi. He served in Army in Corps of Engineers for five and half years and participated in Indo-Pak War in 1971-72. He worked in Duncan Group (R P Goenka Gr.) from 1973-1981 as Manager: Projects & Exports. Thereafter, he worked with Jhunjhunwala Group till 1989 for exports and subsequently, became on the Board as a Director of M/s Moden Malleables Ltd, Kolkata.
 
He has also been the Corporate Advisor and Director of M/s Yamuna Power & Infrastructure Ltd, Delhi, handling its Corporate Affairs and Exports. He is also the Resident Director of Sonodyne Electronics Ltd./ Sonodyne International Ltd. Overseeing its operations in Northern India and exports to Africa. He is involved in the social activities with NGOs like Sshristi in Delhi and is active member of the prestigious Gymkhana Club of Delhi. He is also a keen golfer and traveller.

Rajat RAY is presently Professor in GGSIP University, Delhi. Earlier, he was Professor of Architecture and Officiating Dean at Sushant School of Art & Architecture at Gurgaon. He has taught extensively at B. Arch and M. Arch levels for over two decades. He was also in the Visiting Faculty of the Post-graduate and under-graduate courses in SPA, Delhi. He is currently one of the senior-most trained conservation architects in India. He is an empaneled Conservation Consultant to INTACH, Consultant to Kolkata Metropolitan Corporation and to ASI. He has been a Member of Heritage Task Force of Delhi Urban Arts Commission, of Board of Studies of Institute of Archaeology, ASI Delhi and of ICOMOS, India.
 
He received Bachelor of Architecture from B.E. College, Sibpur, University of Calcutta and Master of Urban Design from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Delhi. He also got the Post-graduate Diploma in Restoration of Monuments and Historic Centres, Florence, Italy and M. A. in Conservation, York, UK.  He has made a number of presentations in important national and international forums and written in architectural journals. He was a ‘Charles Wallace (UK) Scholar, Conservation Studies’ and a recipient of ‘Italian Government Scholarship to Foreign students for Cultural Studies in Italy’.

Dr. Rudy BANERJEE is an Associate Professor, (Sabbatical at EHS, UC Berkeley 2013-14), Department of Geography, Indiana University, Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI) He has been a Research Fellow, Prevention Research Centre, Berkeley, CA and Advisor, SmartZIP(real estate intelligence start-up), SmartZIP.com, Pleasanton, CA. His interests are: spatial and computational statistics, spatial econometrics, decision support systems, and applied operations research (environmental and population health).

 
Rudy earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from B. E. College (IIEST), Sibpur, India, MS in Urban and Regional Planning and doctorate in Geography (environmental epidemiology and GISc), both from the University of Iowa. He also has a Graduate Certificate in Transportation Studies from that institution. He was a recipient of the 2005 (International Medical Geography Symposium’s) Jacques May Dissertation Prize. Recently, he was invited to present his National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) research at the School of Medicine, Harvard University. He has presented his work on GISc and health in a number of world-class institutions like, University of California at Berkeley and Santa Barbara, University of Washington-Seattle etc., and many other organizations. His publications have appeared top social science and Medical journal and in various book chapters.​

Saurabh TEWARI is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal. At present, he is on leave to pursue to doctoral studies at Design Programme, IIT Kanpur. He studied architecture undergraduate at Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon and later postgraduate studies in Design at IDC School of Design at IIT Bombay. He also has a Certificate of Proficiency from TU Dresden.
 
He has received various research and travel fellowships from institutions like Rockefeller Foundation, Columbia University, DST-MHRD, UNESCO/UNEP and DRONAH. He has presented academic and research papers on design, architecture and urbanism in India, University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka, University of Wits South Africa, TU Dresden Germany, ISCTE-IUL Portugal, VCU Qatar, ITU Istanbul Turkey and USD Kolding Denmark. His teaching interest lies in Basic Design, Graphics, Visual Communication Design and Architectural History. His research interests lie in design, its history, modernism and India.

​Shubhrajit DAS is a reputed academician based in Lucknow, Delhi and Kolkata. He is presently Professor at the Department of Architecture of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He received the Graduation in Architecture, School of Architecture, CEPT Ahmedabad (with one term in ETH, Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich, Switzerland) and M.S in Architecture from University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, USA. He has been involved in a reputed architecture practice based in Lucknow. he taught as a Professor at the Govt. College of Architecture, Lucknow, and as a visiting faculty at the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
 
He has presented extensively on history/theory and on his own design works at premier institutions in India and to the international audiences including the Society of Architectural Historians of United States at Cincinnati. His design works were also exhibited at the ‘12 on 12’ exhibition held in Ahmedabad. He was awarded ‘A+D/Spectrum Award for Housing’ in 2002. He has co-authored a book titled ‘Eternal Stone: Great Buildings of India’ by Penguin Books and his extensive writings also include several critical essays written for the cover issues of A+D, among others. He was awarded Switzerland Govt Scholarship and Graduate Scholar.

​Shuvendu BAKSHI is an architect, construction management expert and design head, presently based in Bahrain. He has over twenty five years of experience in handling key international projects in India and in the Middle-East. He started professional career with CES in Delhi and then, left for the Middle-east. He spent over twenty years in Muscat, Oman, and a couple of years in Dubai, UAE building some magnificent structures in different countries. These include villas for Bollywood and Hollywood actors/ actress, sports personalities and palaces for kings and princes. Recently, he shifted to Bahrain and entered the hospitality Industry to assist a well-known 5 star group in their expansion.

Subhadip BISWAS is a third generation advocate having his own practice in the High Court, Calcutta in the field of Civil, Property & Real Estate, Corporate, Constitutional (Education & Service), Industrial & Labour, Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights, Debts Recovery and Consumer Protection disputes. He is one of the two founder partners of M/s LEX GLOBAAL, a legal consultancy firm in Kolkata and New Delhi.
 
He has been a consultant to real estate companies, esteemed educational institutions like IIT-Kharagpur, several global corporate houses like Hughes Communication India Ltd, and various professional firms. He was the advocate for a winning matter reported in the prestigious journal of Calcutta High Court Notes in 2009. He has been appointed as Chairman in the meeting of Board of Directors of various companies and holds the post of Receiver in different legal matters. He graduated in Science with Honours from University of Calcutta and received his LLB from University of Burdwan.

​Subroto NIYOGI has a unique combination of expertise-- a post graduate degree in Architecture from University of Texas at Austin, USA and graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. He taught at University of Texas at Austin.
 
He has worked in top design firms in the USA and in India. His areas of expertise and interests are wide in scope and scale, including large high rise high end residential complexes, upscale single family residential developments, commercial, hospitality and specialized constructions. His other interests are painting, furniture and product design. With good multilingual communication skill and team-work ability, he has interacted with domestic and international consultants, site execution teams, subcontractors, vendors and government bodies.

​Dr. Suptendu P. BISWAS is an architect, urban designer, and planning professional involved in teaching, research, and consultancy. He is a graduate from B.E. College (IIEST), Shibpur, and is a postgraduate and doctorate from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), New Delhi. He works on built environment, urbanism, spatial equity, and sociology of culture. His recent book, Assorted City, on equity, justice and politics of urban services has received critical appreciation. He is also a recipient of the National Scholarship from Government of India and Senior Fellowship from Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
 
He has taught in top institutions in Delhi NCR for over one and a half decade including SPA, Sushant School of Art & Architecture, and GGSIP University. Presently, he is a Visiting Faculty in postgraduate planning courses at SPA, New Delhi. He has a number of significant publications in journals and newspapers on architectural and urban issues, and has made presentations at national and international symposia. In a professional career of over two and half decades, his projects have been presented, published, and exhibited in India and abroad.

Tejamoy Ghosh, an economist and econometrician, has current professional engagement in the area of predictive analytics. Apart from predictive analytics, his key areas of interest encompass multi-disciplinary research including sustainable development, contract and incentive designs, strategy, applied game theory, industrial organization and applied econometrics. He has rich experience in quantitative research and analytics space including three years in Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) as a research fellow with rigorous exposure to state-of-the-art econometric and statistical techniques in research. He has been leading, managing and delivering predictive modeling projects for multiple clients from a wide array of fields like, Financial Services, Retail, Aviation, Education, etc., mostly from USA and Europe. He has been working in areas like CRM and Marketing Analytics, Risk Modeling and Simulation, etc.
 
He has a Master’s degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Presidency College, Calcutta. He has also received training from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee and University of Cincinnati, Ohio, both in the USA.
